Additionally you need: 450g soft butter or margarine, 300g egg (about 6 eggs size M), 240ml milk
Preheat the waffle iron and grease with baking spray. Mix the baking mix with egg, butter and milk in a mixing bowl with a hand-held mixer or a stand mixer at the lowest level and then beat for 2 minutes at the highest level. For a waffle, place 2 tablespoons of waffle mass on the waffle iron and bake until golden brown according to the manufacturer's instructions.
