Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat and grease a round springform pan 26cm with baking spray. Knead the baking mix with the soft butter and the egg into a mixing bowl with an electric hand-held mixer (dough hook) or with your hands to a smooth dough. Put ¼ of the dough aside. Line the bottom and edge of the baking pan with the rest of the dough, creating a 2-3cm high edge.
For the filling melt the butter, allow to cool briefly and process with the remaining ingredients and an electric hand-held mixer to a smooth mass and pour into the prepared baking pan.
