Preparation: Gingerbread Mix

Additionally you need: 90g honey, 50ml water (Basic recipe)
Make easy and fast delicious gingerbread. Heat 90g honey with 50ml water to approx. 45°C (honey crystals must be dissolved) and knead the mix togehter with 200g Gingerbread mix to a smooth dough. Add the remaining 100g Gingerbread mix and knead it for approx. 4 minutes until it is suitable for rolling it out. Afterwards leave the dough for 4 hours minimum (room temperature). You will achieve even better baking results while leaving the dough for 24 hours (minimum). After that knead the dough once again and roll it out thinly (3mm maximum). Cut dough with a cookie cutter, then place onto baking sheet. In order to make gingerbread shine, thinly spread the surface with water before baking.
