The classic American Red Velvet Cake has long been popular worldwide and convinces with its deep red color, velvety texture and slightly vanilla-chocolaty taste. For every 100g of baking mix, only 46g of egg, 8g of butter, 8g of oil and 22ml of water need to be added.
