FunCakes’ superb rolling-quality marzipan is wonderfully smooth and pliable! This makes it easy to work with and roll out. The marzipan has a fine texture and holds its shape well after rolling. FunCakes marzipan is available in a variety of beautiful colors. If you wish to lighten the color, you can mix the colored marzipan with some natural (uncolored) marzipan. You can also mix the different colors together.

You will need approximately 500 g to fully cover a round cake (24–26 cm diameter) or a square cake (20 cm). Knead well before use and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.

This product is Halal and Kosher-D certified and gluten-free (certified NL-090-070).
