The wonderful roll quality marzipan from FunCakes is wonderfully smooth and flexible! This makes the marzipan easy to process and roll out. The marzipan has a fine texture and is firm after being rolled out. FunCakes Marzipan is available in different colors. If you want to make the color of your marzipan lighter, you can mix the colored marzipan with some natural marzipan. It is also possible to mix the colors with each other.

To completely cover a round cake with a diameter of 24-26 cm or a square cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you need around 500 g of marzipan. Before use, knead the fondant well and then roll it out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.

This product is Halal and Kosher D certified and gluten free according to NL-090-074.
