FunCakes’ superb rolling-quality marzipan is wonderfully smooth and pliable! Its smooth consistency makes it easy to work with and roll out. The marzipan has a fine texture and holds its shape well after rolling. FunCakes marzipan is available in 10 different colors. If you wish to lighten a color, you can mix the colored marzipan with some natural (uncolored) marzipan. You can also mix the colors with one another.

To completely cover a round cake with a diameter of 24–26 cm or a square cake measuring 20 cm, you will need approximately 500 g of marzipan. Knead well before use and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.

This product is Halal and Kosher D certified and gluten-free (certified NL-090-073).
