Want to decorate with white lace? Then use the FunCakes Gluten-Free Lace Mix White. With this mix, you can easily create white lace with a delicious toffee flavor. Use the lace to decorate cakes, cupcakes, and more.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility. FunCakes guarantees that the mixes contain less than 20mg/20ppm of gluten per kg. Most people with gluten intolerance or sensitivity do not experience symptoms at this level. Therefore, anyone following a strict gluten-free diet can bake using these safe FunCakes mixes.

Preparation: Mix 50 g of the mix with 50 ml of water. Fill a sugar lace mat with the mixture. Drying time: 912 minutes in an oven at 110°C (fan-assisted oven: 100°C) or 34 hours at room temperature (outside the oven). To prevent drying out, always cover the mixture with plastic wrap and use it within 2 hours.

This product is Halal certified. Free from lactose, preservatives, GMOs, and azo dyes. Gluten-free. Suitable for vegetarians.

Store in a cool, dry place; do not expose to high heat or temperature fluctuations.
