Additionally you need for 500g baking mix: 250g butter, 100g egg (about 2 eggs size M)

Preheat the oven to 180°- 190°C top/bottom heat. Put the baking mix together with the butter and the egg in a mixing bowl. Knead with a hand-held electric mixer (dough hook) or with hands to a smooth dough and leave it in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour to rest.

Bake small pastry and cookies for about 10-15 minutes. Bake shortcrust pastry cakes for abaout 15-25 minutes.
