With our professional ice cream mix, you can easily make delicious ice cream. Only a few ingredients and an ice cream machine are needed.
Basic recipe:
50g passion fruit ice cream powder
50g cream (30% fat content, room temperature)
110g sugar
400ml water
Preparation:
1. First mix the ice cream powder dry with 110g sugar.
2. Add 400ml water and 50g cream (30% fat, room temperature).
3. Stir everything thoroughly until the powder has dissolved.
4. Put the ice cream mixture into the ice cream machine and let it freeze according to the operating instructions.
Depending on the size and performance of your ice cream machine, up to 1 liter of ice cream can be produced.
Please note that you will only receive the ice cream powder. The fruits and other decorations are not included in the delivery.
