Our egg white powder is the perfect base for easily preparing meringues, icing, meringue kisses, Oeufs a la neige, sponge cake bases, and much more.

40g of our egg white powder is equivalent to the whites of 10 chicken eggs.

To use, first mix 20g of the powder with 20ml of water. Then add another 180ml of water. To achieve a firmer consistency, you can slightly reduce the amount of water. Let the mixture swell in the refrigerator overnight. Afterward, the egg white can be whipped as usual.
