With our professional ice cream mix, you can easily make delicious ice cream. Only a few ingredients and an ice cream machine are needed.
Basic recipe:
25g vanilla ice cream powder
100g sugar
450g milk
Preparation:
Mix 25g ice cream powder with 100g sugar and mix the mixture with 450g skimmed milk or whole milk until a smooth consistency is obtained. Turn on the ice cream maker and slowly pour the mixture into the running machine. Let the ice cream freeze until it reaches the desired consistency. Always follow the operating instructions of your ice cream machine. This recipe makes about 16 - 18 scoops of wonderfully creamy vanilla ice cream.
Please note that you will only receive the ice cream powder. The fruits and other decorations are not included in the delivery.
