Dry yeast for baking in a storage pack - vacuum-sealed. A high proportion of water has been removed from the yeast during the production process. This means that the dry yeast has a longer shelf life and is more productive.

7g dry yeast is sufficient for 500g flour, equivalent to 25g fresh yeast.

Preparation: Carefully mix the dry yeast with the flour. Process the ingredients listed in your recipe as usual, including the liquid otherwise required for mixing. After preparation and before baking, leave the dough to rise as usual.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
