Delicious yellow cream of pastry-chef quality. Suitable as a filling; bake-stable. Preparation: Add 500 ml of water per 200 g of mix. Whip the mixture for approximately 5 minutes until smooth. Allow the cream to firm up slightly before use. Suitable for filling cakes, cream puffs, or filled doughnuts. The cream can be baked inside or on top of products such as cakes.
