The FunCakes mix for pastry cream (crème pâtissière) is a delicious filling for cakes, cream puffs, and *tompouces* (Dutch cream slices). You can also use it to make delicious cream-filled doughnuts! The mix offers professional, artisanal quality.

Preparation: Add 500 ml of water per 200 g of mix. Whip the mixture for approximately 5 minutes until smooth. Allow the cream to firm up slightly before use. Suitable for filling cakes, cream puffs, or doughnuts. The cream can be baked inside or on top of products such as cakes.

This product is Halal certified.
