It has a fine texture and is firm when rolled out. The almond-containing sugar mass is natural and you can therefore color it yourself with dye.

- Smooth and flexible, so easy to work with and roll out.
- For one cake (Ø24-26 cm / 20x20 cm) You will need about 500 g to completely cover the cake.
- Before use, knead the fondant well and then roll it out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
- Halal, Kosher D, gluten free and AZO free.
