The SmartFlex Fondant Vanilla is easy to use and is ideal for covering cakes, making figures or any type of decoration. The fondant can be rolled out very well and thinly. It doesn't tear or stick when rolled out. The surface is perfectly homogeneous and feels velvety. It can be used in a wide range of temperature ranges from the Mediterranean to Scandinavia.
