FunCakes flavorings can be added to batter, making them suitable for baking. They are perfect for adding a delicious flavor to batters such as sponge cake or cupcakes. Add the recommended amount specified on the packaging to the batter. Add extra flavoring if baking at high temperatures (above 200°C), as this can reduce the flavor intensity. The flavoring can also be added to chocolate ganache.
