This FunCakes flavoring has a delicious fruit taste. It is great for flavoring buttercream, Bavarian cream, ice cream, and various fillings.
FunCakes flavorings can also be added to batter, making them suitable for baking. They are perfect for adding a lovely flavor to cookie or cupcake batter. Add the recommended dosage indicated on the package. Add a little extra flavoring if baking at high temperatures (above 200°C), as this can reduce the flavor intensity. The flavoring can also be added to chocolate ganache.
