How do I use Yogurt-Amarena praline filling?

Our Yogurt-Amarena truffle filling is ready to use immediately. It is best to temper the fruity filling in a classic water bath or in your tempering device to 20-25 °C, and then pipe it into dark chocolate pralines in a piping bag with a fine nozzle. If desired, the praline filling with yogurt-Amarena cherry flavor can be further refined, for example with the finest cherry liqueur, delicious fruit pastes or an exciting crunch. Try it out and create your own favorite pralines with our yogurt-Amarena praline filling or use it as a summery, fruity filling for gateaux, sandwich cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and petit fours.
