Preparation: Macarons Mix

1. Preheat oven to 130°C (fan forced) or 140°C (upper and lower heat).
2. Pour the baking mix into a large bowl and add 70g of egg white.
3. Whisk the ingredients for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Spoon into the pastry bag. pipe the mixture into the macaron mold and let it rest for approx. 1 hour.
5. Bake in the oven for 18 minutes. Gently remove macarons from the molds once cooled.
