380g muffin baking mix

Quickly and easily prepare oven-fresh chocolate cupcakes. These muffins are guaranteed to succeed. Refine the mass with fruits, crispies or the enclosed chocolate drops. 380g Chocolate Muffin Mix makes about 12 small or 6 large muffins.

Basic recipe:
380g Muffin Baking Mix
145ml cooking oil
4 eggs
70g water

Preheat the oven to 190°C top/bottom heat. Mix the baking mix with eggs, cooking oil and water briefly with a hand-held mixer or in a stand mixer at the lowest level and then stir at the highest level for about 1 minute until smooth.

Place the muffin cups on a baking or muffin tray and dispense the mixture evenly on the capsules. Bake the cakes for about 15-20 minutes and then allow to cool.
