Preparation: Cake Lace Mix

1. Place 100g baking mix and 100ml water into a bowl.
2. Whisk all ingredients to a smooth mass.
3. Spread the mass evenly with a spatula on a Silicone mat for cake lace. Make sure all parts of the pattern are filled then use a spatula and carefully scrape off all the excess mixture.
4. Bake it for 10-11 minutes by 100°C. After the mat has cooled, gently remove the lace decor out of the mould using a spatula.
You can also let the mass dry overnight without baking.

(You need approx. 35g finished mass for a mat 8 x 40cm and approx. 70g for a mat 20 x 40cm.)
