A particular and sophisticated design characterizes the INTRECCIO mould. The pattern reminds of the interwoven, crossed and knotted strands creating a delicate decoration that will make every sweet occasion a special one. The mould is provided with a revolutionary internal border which gives a slightly round base to your creations. Intreccio guarantees impeccable results not only as a semifreddo or mousse, but also in the baked version.
