Cocoa butter spray, suitable for sealing tarts, figures made of marzipan etc.

Spray tarts covered with marzipan or roll icing. Therefore the tart is protected from the outside against humidity in the fridge. Spray figures, flowers or ornaments made of marzipan or roll icing. Thus they do not dry out and do not become brittle.

Also suitable for spraying tarts or creams before they get covered with marzipan or roll icing. Therefore the cover do not soak.
