FunCakes Deco Melts Violett 250g

FunCakes purple Deco Melts are ideal for drizzling over lollipops and chocolates, but they are also perfect for creating a drip effect on cakes. Alternatively, use the melts for dipping cookies, fruit, or cake pops, or for making sweet decorations. These melts feature a delicious, mild white chocolate flavor. You can easily melt FunCakes Deco Melts in the microwave or a double boiler. The Deco Melts are re-meltable. No additional cocoa butter is required, as the melts have the perfect consistency for use right out of the package. If you prefer a thinner consistency, simply add a few drops of vegetable oil. If you prefer a thicker result, add a few drops of water; please note, however, that the melts cannot be re-melted after adding water. Tip: You can easily color the Deco Melts using any of the many FunColours gels. FunCakes Deco Melts are AZO-free. Additionally, the melts do not contain genetically modified sugar or soy. Preparation: Melt in the microwave or a double boiler. Microwave: Melt in a bowl at a maximum of 500W. Stir well every 15–20 seconds. Stop heating when the drops are almost completely melted (small pieces still visible). Continue stirring until the drops are soft and fully melted, then use as desired. Allow to cool in the refrigerator (10–15 min). For a thinner consistency, add a few drops of vegetable oil. For a thicker consistency, add a few drops of water (cannot be re-melted).

Storage: Store in a dry, dark place at 16°C to 22°C. Temperature fluctuations during transport and storage may cause the Deko Melts to melt. They can still be used, though they may not arrive in their original shape. Follow the instructions on the packaging when using the Deko Melts.
