Product information "Renshaw Fondant Extra 250g White"
Renshaw Extra Ready-to-Roll Icing is specially formulated to be extra firm and extra elastic. This makes it ideally suited for warmer and more humid climates! It has a firmer texture than standard Renshaw icing.
This vanilla-flavored icing is made in England; it is highly elastic yet firm and non-sticky. Its silky-smooth texture makes it perfect for covering cakes as well as creating fantastic decorations.
You will need approximately 500 grams of icing to cover a round cake with a diameter of 2426 cm or a square cake measuring 20x20 cm.
Sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, water, humectant: E422, emulsifier: E471, stabiliser: E413, E466, preservative: E202, natural flavouring. May contain traces of: Egg, soya, milk, nuts, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) in concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2. This product is: Kosher certified, Halal certified, suitable for vegetarians, suitable for vegans.
