With the transfer sheets, you can beautify couverture, creams and rolled fondant.

How to use the sheets with couverture:
Cut the sheet into pieces or strips and spread tempered couverture thinly on the side with the pattern. If you like, you can bend the sheet. When the couverture is hard, you can peel off the sheet. The colors stick to the couverture. This way you can decorate your cakes, desserts, chocolates etc. with special elements.

How to use the sheets for cakes or creams:
Place cakes or desserts upside down on the sheet. After you have frozen them, peel off the sheet. The decorations are now visible on the cake or desserts.

How to use the sheets for rolled fondant:
Roll out the rolled fondant as usual and place the transfer sheet on it. Then place a sheet of baking paper on top and iron over the baking paper with an iron (level 1). Then remove the baking paper and peel off the transfer sheet slowly.
