FunCakes Mix for Macarons, Gluten Free 300g

Preparation: All ingredients should be at room temperature. Add 70 g of egg white and your choice of colors to the mix. Beat the mixture using a hand mixer or stand mixer on the highest speed for 5 minutes. Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe circles onto a macaron mat. Let them rest for 2 hours before preheating the oven to 140°C (130°C fan-assisted). Bake the macarons for 15 minutes.
