Here's how to do it:

Prepare the gingerbread mix according to the package instructions. Then cut out the pieces for the witch's house using the stencil and bake as indicated. Prepare the icing according to the package instructions and fill it into the piping bag with a perforated nozzle.

Now assemble the house. To do this, first attach the front and back to the base plate with icing. Now apply more icing to the slopes of these pieces and glue on the roof sides.
