Baking mix for delicious and crispy biscuits
Additionally you need: 175g soft butter, 50g whole egg (about 1 egg size M), some flour for rolling out
Put the baking mix with butter and egg in a bowl. Knead everything with a hand-held mixer or a stand mixer to a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave to rest in a fridge for at least 2 hours. After the dough has cooled, knead again briefly. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured work surface to cut out the desired motifs. Preheat the oven to 200°C top/buttom heat.
