Product information "Cake-Masters Chocolate Mould Champagne Bottle"
PVC mold for pouring sparkling wine bottles or champagne bottles.

Mold size: 45x30x5cm
Size of the poured half mold: 32x8.5x5cm

Instructions: Polish the champagne bottle chocolate mold with a cotton pad to remove dust and grease. Pour around 300g of tempered chocolate coating or cake pop glaze into the mold. Spread the chocolate coating in the mold with the back of a spoon. Tap the mold on the table top a few times so that air bubbles can rise. Then let the excess chocolate coating or glaze flow out again and scrape off the mold cleanly with a palette or dough scraper. Make sure that the chocolate coating is not poured too thinly, especially around the neck of the bottle, otherwise the bottle will quickly break. Place on baking paper or a silicone baking mat with the opening facing downwards and turn over again after approx. 1 minute so that the heat does not build up. Allow the chocolate to solidify completely.

You can use creams, whipped cream and other fillings to fill the cast half-mold. Then put a cut sponge cake base into the mold.

The next day, turn the filled bottle out of the mold. Now you can decorate it or decorate it with labels printed on fondant paper.

If well looked after, this mold can be used more often. Never clean the molds in the dishwasher or in water with detergent. If absolutely necessary, clean the mold in clear, warm water. Ideally, you should just polish the used mold with a little cotton wool before using it again.
