High-quality mat, suitable for making heart-shaped Macaron shells. The Macaron mass should be put centered on the hollows. Because of the distinctive edge the Macaron shells have the same size and can be assembled later perfectly. Due to the excellent non-stick effect, the shells do not stick.

Please note that this mould is a quality product of silikoMart.The mats are always absolutely flat. Even on a baking rack the mat does not bend. Similar mats of the same look are to get much cheaper. But those mats are often wavy, of unpleasant smell during cooking and can be used for only a few baking processes.
