FunCakes Egg White Powder eliminates the need for raw egg whites! It is suitable for making royal icing. To prepare it, use 10 g of egg white powder, 60 g of water, 300–500 g of confectioners' sugar, and a pinch of citric acid.

Ratio: 10 grams of egg white powder + 60 ml of water = 2 egg whites. Use the mixture within 4 hours.
