FunCakes White Deco Melts are ideal for pouring a drizzel over lollipops and chocolate, but they're also great for dripping onto a cake. You can also use the melts to dip cookies, fruit, cake pops or to make sweet decorations. These melts have a delicious mild white chocolate flavor. You can easily melt the FunCakes Deco Melts in the microwave or in a water bath. The Deco Melts can be melted again. You don't need any additional cocoa butter as the melts have the right consistency for processing. If you want a more liquid variant, you can add a few drops of vegetable oil. If you prefer a thicker result, you can add a few drops of water. Please note that the melts cannot then be melted again. Tip: You can easily color the Deco Melts with one of the many FunColours Paste. The FunCakes Deco Melts are AZO-free. And the Melts contain no genetically modified sugar, no soy and no E171.

Preparation: Melt in the microwave or in a water bath. In the microwave: melt in a bowl at max. 500W. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop heating when the drops are almost completely melted (small pieces are still visible). Continue stirring until the drops are soft and completely melted and then process as desired. Leave to cool in the fridge (10-15 minutes). Add a few drops of vegetable oil for a thinner result. Add a few drops of water for a thicker result (not remeltable).

Storage: Store in a dry, dark place at 16°C to 22°C. Temperature fluctuations can cause the Deco Melts to melt during transport and storage. They can still be used, but they may not arrive in their original form. Follow the instructions on the packaging when using the Deco Melts.
