This fondant features improved rollability and a smoother texture, making it even easier to use. It remains soft while you work with it and sets firm afterwards. FunCakes fondant is available in a variety of fantastic colors.

To cover a round cake with a diameter of 2426 cm, you will need approximately 500 g of fondant. For bows and decorations, you can mix 250 g of fondant with one full teaspoon of Tylose powder and a little liquid if necessary. Knead well before use and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.

This product is Halal and Kosher D certified and gluten-free (NL-090-035).
