Preparation: Muffin Mix

(Package contents: 350g baking mix, 70g chocolate drops)
Additionally you need: 170ml cooking oil, 3 eggs, 90ml water

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Put the baking mix, eggs, water and vegetable oil in a bowl and stir at the highest level for 3 minutes until smooth. For chocolate muffins, add approx. 60g of the enclosed chocolate drops.

2. Place suitable muffin cups on a baking sheet and, using a piping bag or teaspoons, pour them evenly into the muffin cups. For chocolate muffins, decorate the remaining chocolate drops.

3. Bake the dough on the middle level for about 15-20 minutes and then allow to cool.

Chocolate drops: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin (SOY); vanillin. At least 44% cocoa.
