The sugar artistry separating oil is used to prevent sugar and isomalt from sticking to a silk beds for sugar artistry and to make it easier to remove from latex moulds.

Before you start working on the silk bed, apply the oil with a soft cloth. The moulds should also be treated with oil before use.

This is a food-safe oil.
