The edible sugar decorating set of six mermaid tail fins in different designs adds a magical flair to cakes, cupcakes and muffins.
The fins can be easily applied to soft surfaces such as royal icing, frosting, ganache or chocolate coating. On dry surfaces such as fondant or marzipan, we recommend using a little sugar glue to fix the decorations in place.
