This traditional treat from Saxony and Thuringia is also very popular beyond the country's borders. Our Eierschecke is wonderfully moist and fluffy and consists of the typical three layers. The fresh quark gives it that special taste. The Eierschecke is very easy to prepare and can be individually refined with fresh fruit, for example.
