Preserving Fruit Sugar 3to1 for making jams and jellies.

Additionally you need: 750g fruit or 625ml fruit juice, 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Clean and chop the fruits, weigh out the required amount or measure out the fruit juice and place in a large saucepan. Stir 250g fruit sugar and 2 tbsp. lemon juice into the fruit mixture or fruit juice. Bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly and continue to boil for at least 3 minutes until bubbling. Skim the boil if necessary.
For preparation in the Bread & Cake Maker, place the pureed fruits with the preserving sugar and lemon juice in the baking tin with kneader. Select PROGRAMME 20 and start the programme.
